Framework Terms: This Order Form incorporates and is governed by the Framework Terms that are made up of the Key Terms below and the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms Version 2.1, which are incorporated by reference. Any modifications to the Standard Terms made in the Cover Page will control over conflicts with the Standard Terms. Capitalized words have the meanings given in the Cover Page or the Standard Terms.

Cloud Service: The Cloud Service is a cross-platform bookmarking and content library that aggregates, organizes, and surfaces the user's saved links and media from supported third-party platforms in a single interface, including via browser extensions and connected accounts.

Payment Process:

Automatic payment: Customer authorizes Provider to charge the payment method on file through Stripe at the start of each selected monthly or annual Subscription Period until the subscription is canceled.

Non-Renewal Notice Period: Customer may cancel at any time before the next renewal through the billing settings or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Period.

Modifications to Standard Terms:

Section 1.1 is modified by replacing "for its internal business purposes" with "for Customer's personal use or internal business purposes, as applicable."

Section 1.4 is modified so Provider may use Usage Data only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Product. Provider may disclose Usage Data to third parties, or use it for any purpose outside those listed, only in aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify Customer or its Users.

Section 1.6 is replaced in full: Provider will not use Customer Content or Usage Data to train or improve generalized AI or machine learning models. Provider and its service providers may process Customer Content only as needed to provide and maintain the Product or to generate output for an AI feature requested by Customer or its Users. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.

Section 12.8 is replaced: Provider may identify Customer or use its name or logo in marketing only with Customer's prior written consent.

The Standard Terms prohibit submitting certain sensitive data, including protected health information, payment account numbers, government ID numbers, and special-category data under applicable privacy laws, unless the parties expressly authorize it in writing.
